Senior Account Director/Executive

An exciting opportunity to work within our team in Keston.

The role involves both servicing and sales skills: to service an existing portfolio of clients; and to identify, contact and develop relationships with potential new clients and deliver budgeted new business figures. It is anticipated that sales will be 25/30% of the role and you will be working closely with our Managing Director.

Essential skills and experience

• Face-to-face selling/presentations to key decision-makers within commercial organisations
• A track record and evidence of achievement against sales targets 
• A thorough understanding of FSA regulations and guidelines 
• Appreciation of general insurance, markets available and underlying legal principles.

• Self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly effective negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Recognition and understanding of client requirements and/or business trading exposures.
